Do I have to really come here to find you?

Shorts, t-shirts, Leotards and tights are all acceptable clothing in which to perform yoga. You'll obviously be guided by your figure type and which items of clothing make you feel more comfortable and look better. Watch out for stiff clothing. You won't be able to move as freely as you need to and this will affect both your concentration and your ability to perform certain poses.

Show Your Spine and Pelvic Alignment - Plus size leotards is fantastic for these athletic activities because they show your spine and pelvic alignment as well as give you complete freedom of movement and all the flexibility you need.

leotards and tutu bodices with these features will help to make a more graceful appearance for your entire upper body. Also, for a flattering ballet line on your back, wear a low v back - this should be several inches lower than the front of your leotard.
